Echo Support
Last updated: 6 July 2026
Echo lets you leave a message — text, a voice recording or a photo — that the person you send it to can only open once they reach a place you chose. If something is not working, or you have a question about your account or a payment, we are happy to help.
Contact us
Email support@aimdev.site and we will reply within two business days. It helps if you tell us the email address on your account, the device and OS version you are using, and what you expected to happen.
For privacy questions, data-access requests or account erasure, write to privacy@aimdev.site instead — those are handled on the timeline set out in our Privacy Policy.
Common questions
A message will not unlock
An Echo opens only when you are physically close to the place it was pinned to. Allow location access for the app, go outdoors if you can — GPS is poor inside buildings and underground — and wait a few seconds for the position to settle. If it still will not open, the sender can see the drop and can widen the area or send it again.
A link someone sent me does not open
Recipient links work in a browser as well as in the app. If the page says the link is invalid, it may have expired, already been opened, or been deleted by the sender — ask them to resend it.
Premium, billing and cancellation
Echo Premium is billed by the store you installed the app from, not by us. Manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves Premium active until the period you already paid for ends.
If you reinstalled the app or moved to a new device and Premium is missing, open Premium in the app and choose Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment; email support@aimdev.site if you need us to confirm what your account shows.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its content from inside the app, under your profile. What that erases, and what we keep and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Reporting something harmful
Every message has a report and block control, on the web page and in the app, and you do not need an account to use either. Anything reported for child safety is escalated immediately. You can also email support@aimdev.site.
